Rental Policies:
One day's advance deposit required for confirmation of reservation. Cancellations must be made one week prior to arrival date for refund or deposit. A $20.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations! Balance of rent for time reserved due upon arrival. A minimum stay may be required. Three day minimum on apartments in the summer.
Smoking is not allowed within the units. We require that any guests who must smoke, do so on balconies or outside.
