One day’s advance deposit required for confirmation of reservation. Payment may be made by credit card, check or money order. Deposits made by credit card will be charged at the time the reservation is made. Deposits made by check must be received 10 days from the date the original reservation is made. The use of personal checks is restricted to the initial deposit only. The remaining balance for the entire stay is due upon check-in. The balance can be paid by cash, credit card or travelers checks. There will be a $100 cash deposit or credit card number required for balances paid by cash.
All non family guests must be 25 years or older to check in.
A minimum stay may be required. There is a 3-night minimum on all rooms during peak season, special event weekends & holidays.
* Cancellation Policy
A $20.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations! Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the arrival date for a refund of the remaining deposit.
* Check In / Check Out
Check in is guaranteed after 4pm. If the room is available before then our staff will be happy to check guests in early . Check out time is 10:30 a.m.
* Non-Smoking Rooms
All of our units are non-smoking! There will be a $200 charge if the room smells of smoke upon check out.
* Special Requests
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A FLOOR OR SPECIFIC ROOM NUMBER. You can put in a request but it is based on availability at the time of your arrival.
